Music 4 U supports DebRA, the charity which helps sufferers and families, affected by the devastating skin condition Epidermolysis Bullosa. EB children are often referred to as "butterfly children" because their skin is as fragile as a butterfly wing. Music 4 U's founder, Debbie Kirkness, wrote the song above for these children.
